Mentoring & Leadership Circle
This is a 4-weekend mentoring program
Teacher: Char Sundust
Dates: Nov 5-6, Jan 6-8, April 20-22, June 1-3
This program is for those who wish to deepen their mentoring and leadership skills. Patrick O’Neill says: “the coach works only in the business realm, but the mentor works with all fields in the mentee’s life: the spiritual, relationships, business and wisdom for the soul.” In the Tao of Leadership, John Heider says, “we mentor someone when what we have to offer meets the needs of someone else.” We all have gifts and experiences that have given us a way to give clarity and perspective to those who ask. This program offers, in detail, the do’s and don’ts of mentoring, passion and compassion in leadership, practice ethics, the guiding questions of the mentor, roles and ground-rules of the mentee and mentor relationship, strengthening and deepening the gifts and talents of the mentee, bringing leadership skills home in a way where everybody wins. It is a great honor to be a mentor and to be a mentee, to share what is good about life, and to be a guide in the currents of challenge and stillness of love. It is a great gift with clear requirements. I look forward to sharing these perspectives with you and learning together in the sacred container of trust and growth.

Gratitude, Abundance & Reclaiming Your Personal Power: A Toltec Recapitulation Class
Tuesdays at SOI Beginning February 7th
Instructor: Phoenix Murphy
“It is your mind that creates this world.” – Siddhartha Buddha
Recapitulation is the Toltec Shamanic practice of reclaiming personal power. It is a simple yet powerful practice that is done by working with our belief systems and retrieving our personal energy from whatever beliefs and/or life experiences it is currently wrapped up in. When we have not fully retrieved ourselves from the past, often we find ourselves replaying projections of the past over and over again onto our external world. We find ourselves still living and operating our lives from that place of cluttered self talk, confusion and disappointment. Expending much of our time and energy experiencing the world from that place of how it was instead of how it is.Recapitulation is a very effective tool that cuts through projections of the past and brings us fully into the present. It offers us the ability to call ourselves home and become present to what is happening right in front of you instead of seeing it overlaid through the filters of projections and illusions. Once we are able to see where we are at and who we are with the clarity of loving presence, we can then choose where it is that we would like to invest our energy as we go forward. In retrieving our personal energy we often will be freed up from being corded to whatever event or belief we are working with. You will also find yourself more energized, present, grounded and aware in your everyday world. The practice of Recapitulation looks a lot like seated meditation. It involves grounding oneself and then going back into the past with the intent to retrieve your energy, reclaim your power and breathe it back into yourself. The exercise is typically done for 10-15 minutes at a time. It is extremely effective if practiced in groups yet can also offer amazing results when practiced alone. The work of rewiring our belief system also entail doing a rigorous inventory of our belief system and from that place of compassionate witness reviewing how it is that we have spent our personal energy, where we have lost energy along the way, and how we can bring ourselves in better alignment with our higher selves by unplugging from fear and re-plugging into Love. About the Teacher: Phoenix studied Toltec Shamanism for over 10 years while living in the Bay Area. In those years she was able to learn the art of shape shifting her perspective in order to consciously choose how and where to invest her energy. She learned how to work with her belief systems, fears, emotions, stories, dreams and energy bodies so as to develop the self-awareness that is necessary to fully wake up, regain consciousness and transform what is no longer working into something new. Phoenix is grateful to have studied Shamanism with her current teacher Char Sundust. Phoenix currently lives and works in Seattle, WA and is a certified Shamanic Practitioner who specializes in offering Private Mentorship, Soul Retrieval, Soul Retrieval Integration and Teaching others how to reclaim and maintain one’s own power through the Toltec Wisdom Tool of Recapitulation.

Instructor: Roshi Paquin
The poet, The Painter, The Mystic, The Muse, Your dreams, Your brilliance,
Illustrate Love
SATURDAYS - 7:00pm-10:00pm
Some, might describe the process of art making as bringing spirit into form, being a hollow bone, or letting the muse go to work.
When we’re making art, we are in contact with the mystery, or some might say being with “the muse.”
We are tapping into something very old, the spirit of poetry, painting, singing, acting, dancing, color-Art brings “Eros” or life force into buildings, landscapes, books, photo, media.
We are the artists of today- In an article, it was said, “artists are the shamans of today,” people who can transform the subconscious and ease suffering in the world.
Art is practice by every generation and culture globally for all of time. Art has been a way to describe events, document history, heal, and bring color to the world.
This class is for people carrying a spark that wants to be ignited and brought into form. We’re working through writing, poetry, painting, mixed medium, shamanic journey work, ink, collage, and ceremony…
Bring your imagination, snacks, and a desire to create!

We bring who we are to all of our relationships. Relationships guide us through the wild territory of who we are. How do we receive those gifts? What do relationships give us? Experientially, we will explore the terrain of our own happiness and what a relationship needs through its many initiations and fires. To co-create a loving and truthful partnership, the fire of transmutation, the flow of flexibility, the spirit of shared and personal vision, and the profound innocence it takes to fall in love.Space is limited. Abundance Workshop: Money, The Soul & Reality
Saturday April 14th
Many changes are taking place at this time. We are being called to be good stewards to our outgoing and incoming energy and to our financial well-being at this time. When we put out energy we receive energy. Money is transitioning and we are being called to come in to honor and respect clarity of consciousness around our financials. A friend of mine, Diana, once said “what we do in love we do with money.”
This workshop addresses how we can tend to our dreams and commitments sustainably. What it means to our lives to give and receive and what is required to experience financial wellbeing while also having soul. How the unseen assists us in what we want. As my teacher says, how to walk the mystical path with practical feet. We will also be talking about what is happening now and why. And how to bring grace and financial wellbeing into our lives at all times.
Dates: Saturday April 14th
Time: Saturday 9:30am to 5pm
Location: 8312 Greenwood Ave N., Seattle, WA 98103
Cost: $165
Bring: a journal, water bottle, and a sack lunch.

To clarify planting, nurturing, and harvest for the wellbeing of ourselves and others in the coming cycles of the seasons. We will be working in a ritual space to co-create our own future and plant the seeds of what we want to harvest in the fall.

Daughters of the Earth: A Women’s Soul Circle - Tuesdays at SOI Beginning December 13th
Instructor: Georgia Faye
When a woman begins to be aware of the divine spark within, she will soon be faced with a decision whether to honor and trust it…. She is so accustomed to looking outside herself for authority that the realization of God within is radical and shattering. It changes everything. ~Wendlyn Alter
Women need each other. On the journey towards wholeness, daughters, sisters, mothers, we mirror the feminine faces of God, and we see reflected back to us the image of our true Selves. And so we gather.
There is a need in our culture at this time for women to know each other deeply, to be intimate allies in community, and to support the work of deepening into the Sacred Feminine. As we continue to experience The Great Unraveling, women will be called to lead the the return of health and balance to Mother Earth and the revitalization of life-sustaining cultures.
Come join us on this journey to –
• Learn how to give and receive support from other women
• Deepen your voices of empowerment from within a place of feminine mystery
• Release insecurity, jealousy, competition, betrayal and the wound story and embrace forgiveness, compassion, and community
• Strengthen the balance of your masculine and feminine energies, through the Sacred Marriage within – the ecstatic union of Power and Love
• Access the sacred cycles of the moon and the feminine: Maiden, Mother, Matriarch, Crone
• Explore the archetypes of your internal feminine — both the resources and the shadows: Damsel, Femme Fatale, Goddess, Priestess… Isis, Kali, Athena, Hera, Aphrodite, Gaia…
• Stand in the circle of empowered women, integrate, claim, and celebrate your full power!
This circle will provide opportunities for deepening and strengthening Soul relationship. This circle is designed to support any woman in Soul-Initiation to strengthen her internal resources, trust in the feminine, and trust in other women. To cross into the mysteries, we will draw from the following tools and teachings: Four-Directional Map of Wholeness, Soulcraft exercises, Moon Cycles, Mythology, Archetypes, Council, Deep Imagery, Blood Mysteries, Song, Sacred Poetry, Dreamwork, Ecstatic/Trance Dance, Relationship with Nature, Voice Dialogue, Writing as Healing, Shadow Work, Moon Lodge, visioning, collage, and more.
